Chapter V: Victoria-Buchanan¶

James Buchanan, 15th President of the United States of America, and Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom sent the first intercontinental messages via submarine cables across the Atlantic.
The Victoria-Buchanan chapter will signal the start of the interoperation of the World Mobile Chain in different countries.
